General rule

Use AllFitUp lawfully, safely, professionally, and only for legitimate coaching, fitness, wellness, studio, gym, business, communication, and client-management purposes.

Prohibited conduct

• Illegal activity, fraud, deception, scams, money laundering, tax evasion, or unlawful business practices.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate, abuse, intimidation, stalking, exploitation, sexual misconduct, or discriminatory behavior.
• Uploading, requesting, sharing, or distributing sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, or exploitative material.
• Medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, rehabilitation, or regulated healthcare services without proper legal authority.
• Dangerous fitness, nutrition, or supplement recommendations that create unreasonable risk of harm.
• False, misleading, unsubstantiated, or guaranteed claims about health, weight loss, body transformation, revenue, client retention, performance, or business growth.
• Infringement of intellectual property, privacy rights, publicity rights, or confidentiality obligations.
• Uploading malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, malicious code, credential harvesters, or harmful files.
• Unauthorized access, scraping, probing, scanning, reverse engineering, automated account creation, rate-limit bypassing, or interference with platform security.
• Selling, renting, sublicensing, reselling, or sharing access to AllFitUp except as permitted by your plan.
• Collecting unnecessary sensitive data, using Client data outside legitimate coaching purposes, or selling Client data.
• Using AllFitUp to send spam, unsolicited promotions, deceptive messages, or illegal marketing.
• Impersonating AllFitUp, another user, a Client, a Coach, a healthcare provider, or another organization.
• Circumventing billing, usage limits, authentication, permissions, or subscription restrictions.
• Using AllFitUp in a way that could damage, disable, overload, impair, or compromise the Services.

Content moderation and enforcement

AllFitUp may investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, throttle activity, preserve evidence, report threats or unlawful activity, and cooperate with lawful requests. We are not required to monitor all content, and failure to act immediately does not waive our rights.

Reporting abuse

Report violations to founders@allfitup.com with relevant details, screenshots, account information, and any urgent safety concerns.
