Billing & Refund Policy

This policy explains subscriptions, renewals, trials, cancellations, refunds, upgrades, downgrades, taxes, and payment issues for AllFitUp.

Plans and pricing

AllFitUp may offer free plans, paid plans, trials, add-ons, usage-based limits, organization plans, studio plans, gym plans, and custom enterprise arrangements. Current pricing and plan details are shown on the pricing page or in your order form. Pricing may vary by region, currency, taxes, promotions, billing cycle, or negotiated agreement.

Free trials

If AllFitUp offers a free trial, the trial length, features, limits, and conversion terms will be displayed during signup.

Unless otherwise stated, a trial may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial if you have provided a payment method and do not cancel before the trial ends.

AllFitUp may limit trial eligibility, prevent repeated trials, require verification, or withdraw trial offers to prevent abuse.

Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. You authorize AllFitUp and Wise to charge your payment method for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and authorized add-ons.

Cancellations

You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting info@allfitup.com if self-service cancellation is unavailable.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or expressly stated in this policy.

After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Deleting the app, failing to use the Services, or stopping client activity does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after purchase or renewal.

AllFitUp may, at its discretion, offer a refund, credit, or extension in limited cases such as duplicate billing, technical billing error, or exceptional circumstances.

Refund requests must be sent to info@allfitup.com  with account details, invoice number, reason for request, and any supporting information.

Custom services, setup fees, onboarding fees, migrations, add-ons, and usage-based charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

If consumer protection law in your location grants mandatory cancellation or refund rights, those rights apply despite this policy.

Upgrades and downgrades

If you upgrade, AllFitUp may charge a prorated amount or the full new plan amount immediately. If you downgrade, changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, and feature limits may apply. Downgrading may reduce seats, storage, clients, features, team access, branding, analytics, or other plan capabilities.

Failed payments and suspension

If payment fails, we may retry the payment method, request updated billing information, suspend paid features, downgrade your plan, restrict workspace access, or terminate the subscription. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts, taxes, collection costs, and chargeback fees where permitted by law.

Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, withholding tax, digital services tax, or similar charges. If AllFitUp is required to collect taxes, they will be added to your invoice.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us about a billing issue, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in termination and collection efforts where lawful.

Price changes

AllFitUp may change pricing for future billing periods. We will provide notice where required. Continued use after the effective date of a price change means you accept the new pricing. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
