Data Deletion Policy

Account deletion

Customers may request account or workspace deletion through account settings or by contacting support@allfitup.com. Clients should request deletion through their Coach or Customer for data stored in that Coach’s workspace, unless the request concerns data controlled directly by AllFitUp.

What deletion may include

  • Account profile and login data, subject to legal retention.
  • Workspace records, client lists, programs, nutrition plans, check-ins, messages, forms, files, progress photos, and uploaded content.
  • Team member access and workspace permissions.
  • Marketing contact records, subject to suppression lists needed to honor opt-outs.
  • Billing records, subject to tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal retention obligations.

Customer responsibility for client data

Because Coaches and Customers often control Client data, AllFitUp may require confirmation from the Customer before deleting Client data from a workspace. If a Client asks AllFitUp to delete data that belongs to a Customer workspace, we may forward or refer the request to the Customer unless law requires otherwise.

Retention exceptions

  • AllFitUp may retain information where necessary for legal compliance, tax, accounting, billing, fraud prevention, chargebacks, disputes, security, abuse investigation, audit logs, backup integrity, enforcement of terms, or legitimate business records.
  • We may retain limited records showing that a deletion request was completed, that an account existed, or that consent was withdrawn.
  • We may retain aggregated or de-identified data that no longer reasonably identifies a person.

Backups

Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups or disaster recovery systems for a limited period until overwritten according to backup rotation schedules. Backup data is not actively used except for recovery, security, legal, or continuity purposes.

Timeframes

We aim to process verified deletion requests within (30) days unless a different timeframe is required by law or an extension is necessary due to complexity, verification, security, or legal obligations. Customer-controlled requests may take longer if Customer action is required.

Export before deletion

Customers should export needed data before deleting an account or workspace. Once deletion is completed, data may not be recoverable.
