AllFitUp intellectual property

AllFitUp owns or licenses the Services, software, brand, logo, user interface, product design, workflows, templates, databases, website content, documentation, copy, graphics, icons, trade dress, and related intellectual property. You may not use AllFitUp trademarks, logos, screenshots, designs, or brand assets without written permission except for fair references to the Services.

Customer content

Customers and Coaches retain ownership of their uploaded content, including their programs, templates, media, documents, messages, business data, and brand materials. By using the Services, they grant AllFitUp the limited rights needed to host, display, process, transmit, back up, and operate that content through the Services.

Client photos and media

Coaches and Customers must obtain valid consent before uploading, displaying, sharing, marketing, exporting, or reusing Client photos, progress images, videos, testimonials, or transformation content. AllFitUp may remove media if we reasonably believe it violates privacy, consent, intellectual property, or safety rules.

Infringement notices

If you believe content on AllFitUp infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to founders@allfitup.com with: your name and contact information; identification of the protected work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and location; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; a statement that the information is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature. If US DMCA procedures apply, include the statements required by 17 U.S.C. 512.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of removed content, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury if applicable, consent to jurisdiction if required, and your signature. AllFitUp may restore content where legally appropriate.

Repeat infringers

AllFitUp may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users who repeatedly violate rights, upload unauthorized content, misuse client media, or ignore takedown requirements.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant AllFitUp a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
