AI features are tools to assist Coaches and Customers with drafting, summarizing, organizing, classifying, suggesting, or analyzing information. AI features do not replace professional judgment, client assessment, safety review, medical clearance, or human responsibility.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, inconsistent, unsafe, unsuitable for a specific Client, or based on incorrect assumptions. AI may misinterpret client messages, check-ins, goals, restrictions, injuries, allergies, or context. Coaches must review, edit, and approve AI outputs before using them.
AI features do not provide medical, legal, financial, dietetic, mental health, physical therapy, or other regulated professional advice. AI-generated workouts, nutrition drafts, adherence summaries, business suggestions, or check-in insights must be independently reviewed by qualified humans.
If a Coach uses AI-generated or AI-assisted content with a Client, the Coach is responsible for verifying safety, accuracy, scope, suitability, and legal compliance. AllFitUp is not liable for reliance on AI outputs, client harm caused by unreviewed AI content, or business decisions made from AI suggestions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Where required by law or product design, AllFitUp may label AI-assisted features or notify users that AI is being used. Customers should disclose their use of AI to Clients when required by law, professional standards, contract, or ethical practice.
Do not input sensitive Client information into AI features unless necessary, lawful, and permitted by AllFitUp product settings and your privacy obligations. Coaches and Customers are responsible for determining whether they may use sensitive information with AI-assisted tools.
AI insights do not guarantee adherence, health results, client retention, revenue, business growth, or coaching quality.
