Purpose
AllFitUp helps Coaches and Customers manage clients, programs, nutrition, check-ins, messaging, forms, and progress. This policy defines responsibilities that remain with Coaches and Customers when using the Services.
Professional scope
- Coaches must provide services only within their education, certification, experience, license, and legal authority.
- Coaches must not diagnose, treat, prescribe, rehabilitate, provide medical nutrition therapy, or provide regulated health services unless legally qualified and authorized to do so.
- Coaches must refer Clients to qualified professionals when a Client’s needs exceed the Coach’s scope.
Client intake and consent
- Coaches are responsible for collecting appropriate intake information, risk disclosures, waivers, informed consents, emergency contacts, and medical clearance where needed.
- Coaches must obtain legally valid consent before collecting sensitive information, progress photos, body measurements, injury notes, health information, nutrition restrictions, or minor data.
- Coaches must not pressure Clients to share sensitive information that is unnecessary for coaching.
Safe programming
- Coaches must design, review, and adjust programs based on Client goals, ability, limitations, equipment, health status, and feedback.
- Coaches must explain proper form, intensity, rest, progression, recovery, and warning signs where appropriate.
- Coaches must not assign dangerous, extreme, punitive, medically inappropriate, or reckless programs.
Nutrition conduct
- Coaches must comply with local laws on nutrition advice, dietetics, meal plans, supplements, allergies, eating disorders, and medical conditions.
- Coaches must not prescribe restrictive, unsafe, or medically inappropriate nutrition plans.
- Coaches must not claim to cure, treat, reverse, or diagnose disease through AllFitUp unless legally authorized and supported by appropriate evidence.
Client communications
- Coaches must communicate professionally, respectfully, and without harassment, discrimination, manipulation, coercion, or abuse.
- Coaches must not use AllFitUp messaging to solicit illegal products, make deceptive claims, pressure Clients into unsafe behavior, or send inappropriate content.
- Coaches are responsible for responding to client check-ins, concerns, and safety signals in a timely and reasonable manner according to their business model.
Data protection
- Coaches and Customers must protect Client data, restrict team access, avoid unnecessary collection, maintain confidentiality, and honor Client privacy requests where required.
- Coaches must not export, share, sell, post, or reuse Client data, photos, messages, or results without valid permission.
- Coaches must notify AllFitUp promptly of suspected unauthorized access involving AllFitUp accounts or Client data.
Advertising and results claims
Coaches and Customers are responsible for their own marketing, testimonials, before-and-after photos, revenue claims, transformation claims, and affiliate promotions. They must ensure claims are truthful, substantiated, not misleading, and properly disclosed.
Consequences of violation
AllFitUp may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, report illegal activity, or preserve evidence if a Coach or Customer violates this policy, creates safety risk, harms Clients, violates law, or exposes AllFitUp to legal or reputational risk.
